How I Got Started
I was practically born to work with sewing machines in some way, as my dad owned his own sewing machine factory. Growing up around all of those machines, I had the opportunity to feed my natural curiosity about them.
Starting at 16, I went to work in the factory with my dad and two uncles who taught me everything they knew about each type of sewing machine. Through watching my uncles and dad, and through experience of my own, I became familiar with which type of machine should be used for certain materials, as well as the various sewing techniques.
Now, I use this knowledge to serve clients of all kinds throughout the entire state of New Jersey! I’ve worked with awning companies, upholstery companies, interior decorators, dry cleaners, alteration shops, dress makers, and plenty of other professions in the fabric working industry.
